Jennifer is excited to enter this new field and is eager to grow and develop her skills to align with the lending process.

Kerry joined the KFP Investors LLC family as a Mortgage Processor in August 2022. With nearly a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, a legal background that facilitates detailed analysis of mortgage guidelines and requirements, and over twenty years of customer service experience, Kerry is committed to providing excellent customer service and achieving timely closings. Kerry prides herself on her ability to identify and overcome potential obstacles during the mortgage process in order to ensure a smooth transaction. Kerry has experience with commercial and residential mortgages, including non-QM, conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA.
In April 2023, with the support of the KFP Investors LLC team, Kerry became licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator and transitioned her role with KFP Investors from Mortgage Processor to Independent Contract Mortgage Processor. She created Webb Mortgage Enterprises LLC, an independent contract mortgage processing company dedicated to providing quality mortgage processing services to her clients, including KFP Investors LLC.
Kerry enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children, and their giant schnauzer. Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, reading, playing games, and traveling to dog shows.

With more than a decade of lending experience in retail banking, Kris has built a knowledge-base specialized in investment real estate lending, both residential and commercial. Excited for the opportunity to assist clients in ways to best meet their individual needs, Kris launched KFP Investors LLC in 2021 as a licensed mortgage loan originator/broker. She is now is the Business Development Officer. In addition to her networking and coaching, she also regularly speaks to groups of real estate investors to improve their knowledge and resources in furthering their goals or in getting started. As a lending professional and real estate investor herself, she strives to offer education and resources to assist others in reaching their financial goals.
Kris is an American Association of Private Lenders Certified Private Lending Associate, an American Banking Association certified commercial lender and underwriter, an International Banking Academy trained loan officer (passed with distinction), and is certified by the National Association of Commercial Underwriters. She is the proud mama of three amazing daughters, two bonus kids, and is happily married to the love of her life! As of this writing, the family has three beloved rescue dogs and a passion for animals of all kinds. Kris' hobbies include gardening, quilting, hiking, camping, and floating in the backyard pool. As a real estate investor herself, she also frequently tackles DIY home improvement projects.

Joni Cochran
Joni Cochran
Joni joined KFP in January of 2023 as the Operations Manager. With a background in corporate training in financial services, she brings to the role over three decades of experience in business and leadership. Joni successfully managed and grew corporate revenues for a household name brand to over $45 million in a territory that comprised 122 retail locations staffed by nearly 2000 associates. Later, as a franchisee of another household name brand, she built an award-winning small business from the ground up. Joni describes herself as “semi-retired” even though she has been teaching full-time in a Montessori school since 2019.
A lifelong learner, she holds professional certifications in Situational Leadership, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and Montessori Early Childhood Education. Joni applies her financial, organizational, interpersonal, and education skills to streamlining back-office operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies, and recommendations for and implementation of functional improvements. All of these result in a more efficient and comprehensive organization for the benefit of overall client and employee experience.
Joni’s hobbies include spending time with her adult daughter and her young granddaughter, playing piano, and enjoying card and board games with friends.
